A Backazon subscription license will be issued and sent to your email address once you purchase one of the affordable plans.  Steps to renew an exisiting license or purchase a new license, are given below.

1.  From the Licensing window, click the link to purchase one of the affordable subscription plans.

2.  This will open an internet browser window to the Orders page.  From there, choose one of the subscription plans available. 

3.  We offer one, two and three year plans for individual users (one computer).  There are multi-user plans available if you are running a small business and require licensing for more then one computer.  We offer discounted rates for longer subscription plans and multi-user plans.  Click any of the three Check Out options to purchase a subscription plan.

4.  If you are renewing existing licenses, then please use the link for Subscription Renewal. 

5.  When renewing an existing license, you will need to enter the following information into the Renewal page:

a)  The existing license number which can be found in the Backazon License window shown above.

b)  The computer ID which is also given on the License page.

c)  The quantity of licenses you wish to purchase renewal on.

6.  Once these three pieces of information are entered into the Renewal window, press the Update button.  Backazon will validate your existing license and then offer further subscription choices.

7.  Choose a subscription plan to renew, then proceed with Check Out.
