3. Backup Jobs - Quick Picks

Quick Picks is a great way to select files that are typical to a home user.  The check boxes are already defaulted to search the most common areas of your computer to find files for storage.  You can quickly select common folders such as My Documents, My Music, My Pictures and so on.  You also have the opportunity to exclude any files such as Windows System files or Temporary Internet file folders.

Windows Backup Utilities - Quick PickThe Quick Pick menu is a convenient way to quickly select folders where your Windows Operating system 'defaults' to saving files.  If you, the computer user, have not created a folder(s) to save things in, then normally, the Windows system will automatically 'default' to one or more of these Quick Pick folders.  They are common to the Windows Operating system and exist already, when you purchase a computer.

1.  Click any of the check boxes in the INCLUDE portion of the window to select that folder for backup.  The selection of the Folder, means that all files and sub folders within, will be included in the backup job.

2.  Optionally you can EXCLUDE files for storage.  These files are normally things like Temporary internet files or Windows System files.  Keep in mind that Amazon charges you, per upload, based on size of the content.  To include 'junk' files such as Temporary Internet files will not be cost effective.  Backazon allows you to control that cost by simply excluding those files.
