Our Customer Support system will automatically process your email and create a support ticket. After your support ticket is created, the system will search our knowledge base for possible answers and email them back to you.
After that, your support ticket enters our queue and it is answered by one of our support representatives.
Option 2: Use our Customer Support site
If you want to search our knowledge base or track your support tickets, then please go to our Customer Support site at:

The advantage of our Customer Support site is the additional options available to you such as creating support tickets online and reviewing the status of your tickets. However, some of these features will require you to create and activate a support account.
Whichever option you choose, your support request will be handled by the next available support representative. Taking care of customers is our top priority, so we strive to handle all support tickets within one business day.
