Join our Public Beta
We are pleased to announce that Backazon is now ready for our public beta phase. We are seeking people who want to help us in the final testing phases and we are offering a substantial discount to those who do.
Who can join?
We are inviting anyone who is interested in online backup technology to join us in working out the final kinks in Backazon. We will be working closely with members of our beta program to insure that bugs are eliminated from Backazon and that Backazon is the best option for online backups.
Is there any cost?
Part of what we are testing is the entire order processing system: order taking, processing, email, licensing, etc. We can't test these critical components unless we take real orders, so there will be a charge for joining the beta program. We have created a coupon code which will deduct $75 from your order, so your actual costs will only be $24 for a 12 month subscription.
When the beta program is over, your subscription will automatically be converted to a regular subscription and you will be able to download and use the release version at no extra charge.
Can I test Backazon without paying?
Absolutely. Backazon comes with a 30 day free trial, so you can evaluate it without charge.
If you want to continue using Backazon after 30 days, you can return to our site and join the public beta program (see below).
How do I report problems?
Should you have any problems with Backazon, go to the Support tab and create a support case. Please include as much information as possible when submitting a case.
While we will be reviewing every case submitted, we may not be able to provide personal attention to every case. Please don't feel that your concerns are being ignored. Our first priority during the public beta will be finding and resolving any critical issues, so we may not be able to provide answers to all suggestions and comments that are submitted.
Will you be providing phone support?
No. Please submit a case via the Support tab.
Is my participation confidential?
Absolutely. We will not share your personal information (name, email, phone number, etc) with any other person or company either during or after the beta program.
How long will the beta program last?
We expect it will take 30-60 days, but we may extend it if we feel there are outstanding issues that our beta testers can help us resolve.
How do I join?
Go to the Purchase tab and purchase a Backazon subscription. On the last checkout page, use the coupon code: BETA.
Please be sure to check the total amount of your order before you press the "Place your order" button. If there is an error processing your credit card, the coupon code might get cleared. If this happens, just enter the code again and the order will be updated.
